Default Melted rear turn signal?

Anyone have a Delkevic 14" muffler melt the rear turn signal? The muffler is close, but the outlet is below and almost behind the signal. I just wonder if the proximity may melt the signal. It doesn't actually point the exhaust flow at the signal.

Long time no see. I remember having to replace mine after melting too. I think I got them from Cycle Gear.

I removed my aftermarket muffler (I think it's a Delkevic) because it did melt the RR turnsignal.

@Brieninsac Good to be recognized. I still check here virtually daily, because there is still some activity. I think I'll suggest to consolidate the threads for the 250 and 300 to get more activity.

I keep sending people over here from ADVrider with questions about the KLXs, including the 300s. The bikes are so similar there's a lot of transfer in accessories. I just had one yesterday, foot pegs. Seems the KLXs since 1993 KLX650 all have the same foot pegs so any foot peg that fits any year KLX will work.
