Default Looking for SF wheels for my '18 KLX.

Anybody here know of anyone wanting to sell '09/'10 supermoto wheels? Besides ebay, or bike bandit, they are almost impossible to find for a reasonable price. My goal is to swap wheels sets back and forth depending on riding.

Thanks!

Cheaper and easier to find a set of 21/18 and put straight road tires. I got a complete set for 300 with everything

The kick stand length will also need to be changed with the wheel swap too. I seen one on eBay and it was kinda expensive (over $100 I recall) but it was adjustable which sounds like a great idea

Depending on tire choice and suspension setup you can get by with the "dirt" kickstand. I just put a new set of Bridgestone Evo's on my bike and due to the profile of the tires it leans over nearly as much as it did with the dirt wheels.

Yeah, that's what I'm finding might be the way to go.. Do you have any pics of your setup?

Thanks!

You could also get a set of dirt rims and have 17" rims laced to the hubs. Would not really be cost effective unless you found the rims cheap though.

I need to make sure my SF wheels stay in decent shape if I decide to part it out after this season apparently. ebay prices are a little crazy.

The front rotor is larger on the SF wheels as well. One more issue when switching back and forth.

Good point, best to pick one rotor size and stick with it if one was to swap back and forth. The smaller dirt rotor can still lock up the front pretty easy even with sumo tires (at least the stock IRC ones) and is much cheaper.
