Can't help other than to say any wheel or hub from 2009 up should fit.

Thanks Mark. Basically I want to lace a 19" rim for my 2009 KLX250SF using my existing break caliper and speedo hub. I assume my SF rotor would fit on a KLX250S Hub?

Yes, it should fit. I have a SF rotor on my '12S.

Yep, what he said. The only differences between the brakes are the rotor size and the caliper carrier that mounts the caliper to the fork. I'd say keep an eye out for another SF rotor on the cheap on ebay if you don't already have one. That way you can run either wheel, no messing with the rotors. Even the KLX650C dual sport rotor would work if you found one of them. Same size, same offset, same bolt pattern.

Seems like an easy process to just swap the brake rotor = 6 bolts. On the look out for a hub.

Yeah, but if you find a rotor on the cheap that's one less thing to mess with. Just keep an eye on ebay.

Yes Mark, I will keep a lookout. Off-topic question. Are the 250SF front forks the same length as the 250S ones? Were talking '09 and up. Loving my cam chain adjuster BTW. Solved the clanking problem.

I'm not sure about the lengths of tubes. It is possible the only difference is the damper rod setup that limits the travel on forks. The parts numbers on the stanchion tubes (lower tubes) are different, so I figure the damper rods are different too, making the suspension shorter. Not sure just how much travel difference.
