Default Lights off when motor not running??

Is it possible to connect the lights somewhere so they run only when the motor run? No switch.

Curious why? Only the thugs here do things like that to be unseen by the police! lol
Maybe someone knows of a circuit that they could be switched to.

I get what you're trying to do, but why would you want this? Do you leave the keys on without running the bike for long periods of time?

Well the idea is to save energy because I live in a cold place and morning starts are not so easy. But no clue if it really makes any difference. Its a 80w bulb though.

Aha! Clever. Some bikes, i'm too lazy to go look at mine, actually turn off the headlight when the engine is starting. Have you noticed?
