I piped and jetted it and changed the front sprocket to 13 teeth. Holy crap that thing is just what I wanted now! This is such a cool bike!!

Now I just need to sort out the suspension.

 

Yep, the mods you did (same as mine) really make a difference. I don't run mine out of gas at the end of rides. Just turn off the fuel valve after stopping. Starts all the time even after sitting for a week.
