Leo Vince exhaust for klx250sf?
Thats the cosmetic cover for the silencer. It gets warm to the touch but not hot. If you look at the pdf on the leovince site you will see its dead air space. I have checked it a few times and the blinker does get ever so slightly warm to the touch but never hot. So at this point I'm not worried. It looks like Leo Vince did their homework.

Hi.. Can please post the link where you got it? Thanks
I called LeoVince directly and they hooked up a deal with Renazco Racing Renazco Racing Parts & Accessories. for LV Exaust shipped to Seattle for $305.00
If you call LeoVince they can probably help you out. They were very helpful when I called them.
I did find them on Tremx.com for $297.00 shipped.

I have read positive things about this business but I have not personally done any business with them.

My Leo Vince X3 is on the way! I got mine from TreMx after a few quick responsive e-mails they were very helpful. Also, free shipping to USA and only $40 shipping to Hong Kong! It should go well with a K&N air filter, no?
Is worth swapping the snorkel for the Krx or Kx 200 or 300 on a FI bike?
Also I think the X3 eventually needs repacking but after a longer interval such as 5000-7000 miles. Can anyone confirm this?

Re-Packing not required. The X3 is not a glass pack its all metal inside. Should last the life of the bike.
For airfilters I'm running the factory one right now but plan on getting a Twin Air filter. As for K&N filters. This is my Opinion and its supported by no data or research: I don't think they are very effective at filtering the air. They are however VERY effective at flowing large volumes of air quickly. Thats just me I'm not a fan. Some people swear by them however.
The Kdx 200 snorkel. I don't have experience with the FI version of this bike however if you are running some sort of power commander device then it should give you better performance if its mapped correctly. If you don't have a power commander or something similar it will probably have little to no effect other than a louder intake noise. Try running it without the snorkel and see if you notice the difference and then decide if its worth getting the kdx one.

If you are considering incorporating a KDX200 snorkel should know that the power increase with this system is very small, about 0'25cv.
There is another source of important consideration. The best preparation you can make to this bike without increasing displacement EFI is a PowerCommand Instlación V. Here I show the graphics. The power is measured at the wheel, so the figures are slightly lower (23hp = approx 25hp).
The comparison of the graphs of torque and power is with a LeoVince installed in both cases.

Do not be fooled by the figures obtained, may seem low but not so, the feeling with the bike are very satisfactory. No bugs, no problem.
The proposed facility is somewhat exposed PowerCommand against falls, they suggest installing the unit on battery.

I propose a more secure water Instlación and accidents, removing the airbox lid seems a good place.

For the same reason if you are thinking about buying a PowerCommand not buy a KDX snorkel, then it would be useless.

The exhaust LeoVinci nicely complements the PowerCommand. Do not forget to remove the oxygen sensor and the screw-cap that comes with the kit LeoVinci

And then install the emulator probe-remover, which comes with the PowerCommand V.
