Here's a shot showing the resevoir. Due to its MX origin, there is no brake light switch, so to get around that I used a banjo bolt pressure swich and just connected it to the stock wiring...works like a charm;)

Heres a shot of the lever...it's a shorty, and believe me you only need 2 fingers to apply this baby! There is that much of a difference. Like I said in another thread, I didn't think the improvement would be so dramatic because I had already installed a 320mm wave rotor, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Huge difference! I can't wait to shroud that bad boy in some hand guards and protecters..they should be delivered in about a week. I already have some Renthals to replace the stock bars[8D]

Did a good job..... I got to thinking about doing some of these... imagine if you sold the bike to someone else.... haha... it would have all kinds of parts from other bikes on it.... lol....

Does the D Tracker have a different MC than the 250S? I have a 300 and believe it is the same MC as from the KX 125/250's. I also thought the 250S had the same as well.

TheKLX300 and KDX200/220 share the same mastercylinder. The KLX250S/D-tracker has its own master cylinder. It is notused onany otherkawi product...and it's a DOG. I have never tried the brakes on a KLX300 or KDX, but they haveGOT to be better theone on the KLX250.
