Hello, I am new to forums so bare with me..I am looking at installing a Barrett KLX250 Full Exhaust System on my 1994 KLX250R but Barrett has informed me that they have designed their full exhaust system off of a 1997 KLX250.Both bikes are Australian models.

Will I have any trouble installing that pipe?

 

Part diagram says we didn't get a 1997 klx250, so i looked back and there is a 1996 model and its the same part number for the exhaust header and muffler, so i think you will be fine.
