^^ What he said^^ Did you rejet after your current mods? If not you must be at elevation. What is your exhaust setup? The big bore will not drastically change your jetting requirements. When I did the 331 the jetting was real close but I chose to go 1 up on the main as my bike seems to like running fat rather than lean. Welcome to the forum!

Hi.I haven't done the mode yet.I am waiting for the new cylinder from bill blue.I just want to be as close as i can for the first ride and then i will set up the carb properly.I have a kn air filter and a free flow muffler.

Please explain what a free flow muffler is. Modified stock can? FMF? What is your current jetting? Location and elevation. Need detailed info to assist you. Did you get a chance to look at the detailed info that Brieninsac pointed you to.

Hi!I have an after market muffler made from a brand here in Greece. It is called RaceTech.I live at sea level and the humidity is 55-60%.I still have the stock jets,120 main jet and 35 pilot jet.

A dynojet kit jetted per instructions for your mods will get you in the ballpark. With both a K&N and a freeflow muffler you may be running lean. Dynojet kits seem to err on the rich side so you will be real close when you add the 331. The best part of the dynojet kit is the more aggressive needle and also a lighter slide spring. The included jets will get you from stock to fully modded out.

What they said, if it was my bike I'd go with stage 2 jetting per the dynojet instructions and start there. It would be close I'd think.

Thanks guys.
