KLX 250H '06 Fork Guards / Protectors WANTED
Hi Folks,
I know these things are rare as hens teeth, and very expensive to buy OEM {AU$140} just wondering if anyone has any luck sourcing any, even second hand?
I ordered the KX250'04 after market ones, but these still dont fit well as the bottoms requires 3 bolts to secure and my originals are only 2 bolts and close together at 90 degrees. Waste of time.
Anyone have any old ones to sell?? Any advice greatly appeciated!!

I recomend these.

These have held up very well for over a year, no sign of deterioration, still flexible.

Dan's UFO suggestion works excellently. The stock units, besides being absurdly expensive, are made of a more brittle, easy to crack plastic. The UFO versions are like fender material...flexible, durable, impact resistant. I wouldn't go back to the stock one's on my '06 if they were the same price.

Thanks Dan, I saw your link and the UFO fork protectors look great. Nice little bit of trimming as well. I ordered some Acerbis KX125/250 ones. They don't have collars with slider channels, but I hope they will be sturdy enough.
