jetting/specs sound right?

2010 klx250s. 132 main, oem 35 pilot, dj needle clip 3, snorkel removed, LID ON (?) PC4 slip on, BB351 kit, starter jet drilled .018, slide drilled per dj instructions.. im at 700ft ASL...good?

I think Bill generally suggests going one size up one pilot and two up on main with a 250 to 351. The #35 pilot is good for me, but I'm at 2500 ft and up. You may want to try a #38 pilot to start with, and back it down if its rich. Other than that, looks like a good place to start.

132 is 2 up on the main correct?

I only have data on setting up the CVK on a stock bore @ 700 ft. ASL..

What are you running now, without the big bore? If 128, then the 132 would be two up.

I ran 124 DJ. The 132 seems to be fairly common for low elevation big bores. Check the jetting spreadsheet.

That's almost exactly what I fired up and broke in my 351 on. Should be a fine starting point. Maybe raise the needle one clip and open up the pilot screw generously (3 turns) when you start. Safer to start rich than lean, and both are very easy to adjust if you find yourself too rich.

Stock is a 118 Keihin (pilot is 35, no 'clips' on the stock needle). Unfortunately, the numbers don't compare between the Keihin and Dynojet, although there are some charts out there that do some rough comparisons, so I'm not sure what the stock jet size would equate to with the Dynojet jets?
