Search for YYY.GUY's spreadsheet / post on here where everyone posted their carb settings along with their pipe, elevation, etc. That should provide an excellent starting point for you. But just as a rough starting estimate, something like the stock #35 pilot, #128 main, fuel screw 2 turns out from lightly seated, clip on the 3rd position, drill the carb slide vent hole to 7/64ths, high flow snorkel or airbox lid removed. That should get you in the ball park.

And no need to YELL, most people here are decent. Hint, caps lock is to the right DJ kit for the KLX300, no airbox lid, drilled the stock pipe 1/2" runs like a champ and now considering removing the screen, but I'll wait for someone to write up a test report to see if it is really worth the effort.

Dont let these guys scare you off, they are ALL very helpful and really know these bikes inside and out. They just get tired of answering the same thing over and over.

Just search and read read read...tons of good info here.

All the info you needis in the links EMS_0525 posted above.
