It's Jetting time again. "Advice please"

Bike: 09 KLXs250.
Has Two Bros slip on and uni-filter.

Am fitting the stage two Dyno Jet Kit.
Dynojet recommends needle on third groove from top, 128 main, Mixture screw 3 turns out and fit slide spring supplied.
I live pretty much at sea level and don't ride anything higher than around 800 feet.
Question 1:Can i run the 132 main that also came in the kit and should i be replacing the Pilot jet as well. If so what size.
Question 2: Do I install all three washers above the e-clip.

I'm going to finish with the KDX snorkel.

Waiting patiently. ;)

If it were me, I'd leave the 35 Pilot, and go with the 128 main. The 132 will probably run, but, I'd bet the 128 would be better. It's been so long since I've been into mine, I forget how the washers go....I always just look at it and figure it out....sorry about that.

Washers go on top of the c clip. I would go with the second clip position.

i'm running with the dj132 at sea level..no change to pilot jet....k&n and kdx snorkel...hmf exhaust...3 out to start and slowly turned the screw back in millimeters at a time...just adjusting by sound and feel....i think my a/f screw is about 2.75 turns out...also have the needle in the 3rd groove....idles and runs perfectly...i haven't had any problems going up and over mountains either....

Wow what a different bike.
Went with the 132 main and 2&3/4 turns on the A/F screw.
Coughs occasionally under hard acceleration in 3rd and 4th usually just the once.
Am using the KDX snorkel a s I found the noise running without a bit annoying.
Anyone have any thoughts on the cough?
Maybe three turns out on the A/F?

Personally, you are running wayyyy fatter than stock, you need more air. I would run without a snorkel.

Or drop to the 128. Sounds like rich cough symptom.

i don't have any "cough" at acceleration....never experienced this...but, i ran my klx with an open air box at the time.....closed up the airbox and added a kdx snorkel after installing the k&n due to excessive noise and vibration...

Why don't you just follow the directions that came with the jet kit? You didn't follow them and now you have a symptom of poor jetting.

The reason I went for the 132 is that the Australian model comes standard with it. It only coughs occasionally.
