Default Introduction & Looking for OEM carb parts.

Hi All:

New guy here from Montreal and I just picked up an '09 Sunset Red KLS250S with 600 miles on it. Already have had 7 various dirt bikes back in the late 70's & early 80's and now 30 years later decided to get another one for some fun. Of course after my first day I realize the bike is a bit of a dog in the power dept. Already spoke to BB about his 351 BB kit and may go that route but wanted to explore tweaking it a little B4 dropping $1K into it.

So I want to start by doing some of the free and cheap mods first and since I am an avid cross border shopper, looking for a good dealer to buy some small parts such as:

16009-1912 - Needle-Jet, N1TC
92037-1401 - Clamp, Jet Needle
92143-1667 - Collar
92063-1073 - Jet Main #122
92063-1074 - Jet Main #128
14073-1577 - KDX Snorkle
and the 13T front sproket

Looking for a good place to get the above items and then sent USPS to me, or if that is too much trouble I will have it sent to a buddy at 13662 who is about 50 minutes from my home.

Any suggestions or advice is appreciated.

Welcome, I usually get my OEM parts from Babbitts ... no problems with them to date.

All those parts will cost more than a DJ kit. JCMotors have them on special at the moment for under $50. >>>>>>http://www.jcmotors.com/p-3416-dynoj...300-97-07.aspx

Get a new air filter while your at it. The Kawa' unit is very restrictive.>>>>>>http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...300-Parts.aspx
