IMS Pro-Series Footpegs installed
After noticing some fatigue from standing on the narrow stock footpegs, I decided to swap them out with IMS Pro-Series Foot Pegs.

They are wider and the teeth are sharper than stock and the outside edge rises up a bit to keep your foot on the peg.
These are IMS Part number 293113-4 which fit the KLX250(94-96) KLX300R(97-07) KLX650(93-95) ...and the 06-07 KLX250S
Got them from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC.
They are a bit taller where the pin goes through to connect them to the mounting, so the cotter pin is a tight fit.
