Standing? Yes and no. Some sections where it was steep I was having trouble standing as I was pulling on the bars to stay forward. On the way down I was standing most of the way.

I’m running the stock rear and 13t front.

I think I was in 1st most of the way up, maybe hit 2nd in some sections.

Full Cogent Dynamics suspension.

250 with pipe and EJK.

Man, erosion has taken a toll on that trail, hasn't it...basically the watercourse drainage for the area now...but pretty common in up/down terrain as to how trails degrade over time. What were the temps the day of that ride?

What difference does the suspension make?

 

By that time of day it was high 70's low 80's.

 

Suspension has done wonders in my opinion. I'm a bit biased as the guy on the KTM is Rick from Cogent Dynamics.
