Can I have an answer to my earlier post regarding manuals for the KLX250s? (See page #2 regarding online manuals or factory manuals) .... and a source, if other than Kawasaki.

Can't get a Kawasaki part form someone other than a Kawasaki retailer.

Hey Rod, I actually had the manual on my desktop and I printed it out. Its something like 65mb in size, so most e-mail systems won't allow delivery. But the Web address it was from is www.cyclepedia.com I hope that steers you in the right direction.

 

Hmmmmm thats a paid site, I don't remember where I got my copy, but it was a RAR file.

 

If there's a free copy anywhere on the 'net, then it's either stolen or plagiarized or otherwise reproduced without the copyright holder's permissions... Not that there's anything wrong with that

I'm just sayin. If you find it for free online then technically you are getting a "stolen" copy... I think I got mine from www.repairmanual.com

Not true. You can get genuine Kawasaki parts from various retailers. I got my manuals from Ron Ayers (www.ronayers.com). The main manual is $53.96, the supplement is $29.71. The Ron Ayers website has a nice little feature that allows you to enter the Kawasaki part number into a search box.

 

Ummm---ya. Do you think maybe it is because they are a Kawasaki retialer like I said?

 

My bad. My interpretation of your positionwas Kawasaki Retailer = Kawasaki Dealer.

I see now that you meant any "motorsports retailer" that carries genuine Kawasaki parts.
