Went riding near lake wenatchee last weekend. It was a great ride. Though my bike decided it would stall at idle at 4,000feet. I had to crank the idle speed way up to compensate for the idle stalling.

I rode over the fourth out of Lake Chelan, towards Lake Wenatchee. Everything was cool until I had a faceoff with a freaking rattlesnake in the path! First time that's happened!

 

So far in two rides over there, we had a black bear run out in front of us and boonie down a steep hill. and I've seen a few deer. No snakes yet, I'd be surprised to see rattlesnakes in the forest where we were.
