Matt,
It looks like you've put a good polish to that unit. How many miles? Shifts?

Wear it down to a pencil !


Can you get just a new end piece? That looks like a good DIY potential project.

Get a piece of pipe, cut it and epoxy it on there! Or if your not feeling like a cheapskate you could always just buy a new lever. I think you got your money out of that one. Very impressive!

I think I'll do that, I've only put 5000 miles on the bike since I've owned it!!! Idk how the heck it happened haha, I just silpped off it one day and thought I broke it off then that's what I saw
