wouldn't trust a HD into the woods as far as I could throw it.

Plus 475lbs dry and air cooled ?

I'd look stunning pulling up to the Starlight Bar in the Ghost Town in the Terlingua, Texas Big Bend area, dressed in my flashiest dirt gear, telling lies to adoring ladies about my day's ride of daring-do and cheating death. The pinnacle of poseurdom. Might not be any good for actual dirt riding, but you probably wouldn't ride home alone...LOL!:D

Actually, the Buell Ulysses was a reasonably competent adventure bike. It was powers by a tuned-up 1200cc Sportster motor. Certainly not a dual sport or enduro though!

The Buell's large turning radius and tall gearing were poorly suited to off road as I recall.

At the level of money tied up in those rigs, you'd be better served by just cashing in on a KTM690 and calling it a day.

God...why...just why? Unless it costs $5000, which we all know it won't, I'd rather by a KTM 990, same maintenance, more reliable, probably cheaper, actually dirt worthy
