Default handlebars...tag...renthal....what #?

Im looking at swapping the stock bars for some tag or renthals, however Im not sure which ones to order. Im 6'1" so I would like a little more height but I want to be able to use all my stock cables and such. I basically want a plug-n-play upgrade

what brand and part # do you have?

Thanks Randy...so your CR high bars were the same height as stock?...by my measurements they should have been at least an 1" taller....hmmm

Got any pics of your bike with the taller Raptorbars?...what was the part number?

The ATV bars seem like they would be too tall by the measurements...dunno

I was actually looking at this set off ebay but if they arent any different than stock then wtf

Anyone else?

I've got Renthal bars that I could swear had a tag that read "Yamaha Raptor 80 ATV" on them. I don't see those listed on the Renthal site just now however.

FWIW, they are the same bend as the stock bars except 1.5" taller. Work with stock cables and wires.

I've got Tag "CR" bend with 1" risers. They work well for me and didn't have to change cables.

Going to be tight but possible. You'll need to remove the headlight fairing and cut a few plastic cable ties under there to free up the wire harness to the throttle side. You may also have to unplug and re-route some of these wires from that area.

ya think?

I thought since the CR high bends are 3.75 and then people add 1" risers that would put the KX .5" shorter so it would work okay.

btw....what measurement are the stockers?...2.75"H?

I appreciate the advice because I dont want to cause myself any grief doing this or waste any money buying the wrong size.
