Great Weather for a ride (NO SNOW)

So this weekend after eating way to much turkey the family and I decided to take a ride to my favorite spot to do some jumping and playing around. The wearther was great, nice and warm. Mid 60's I think. Here are some pics and a video of my attempting a wheelie. The wife attempting to ride the tall KLX was kinda funny. She had a few spills due to lack of momentum. She jumped clear of the bike each time so no injury to her, however I have an excuse to buy a new front brake bar now. She hit and the little ball at the end went flyin. ASV Shorty Brake Lever here I come, Nice match for the ASV clutch I have... So the morale of the story is if you want to get new parts for your bike have someone to wreck it for you and there ya go. It works best if its your wife!!!LOL
Wheelie with a splash...

some air time...

You should have ridden right through the puddle on the back tire!

I like the plan, have the wife wreck the bike, feel bad and authorized purchase of new parts. I'll bet you even said if you bought the ASV part the next time she rode it, it would not break! Yep, I like it!

that was no attempt at a wheelie, i wish i could do wheelies like that..... good riding... looks like a cool place to ride, i like areas where there is real tall pines, and all the lower branches are broken off.. really cool.

Gravy Train,

Photobucket has made some changes and you need to do things a bit differently.

To post pics now you need to modify the link.

You posted - http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1...g?t=1164660168

and it came out like this

Now if you were to edit your pics to look like this http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1...ycleday015.jpg

They will look like this

Okay that time it all worked out.... Sorry about the pics the first time. ....

About the Wheelie... I have been working on that since I bought the bike... I actually can go further however the bud puddle was a bit intimadating on one wheel.

Great wheelie Gravy, you rode that one a good ways! I wish I could "attempt" a wheelie that well ;)

Someday I will, but not today. :D

Sounds to me like those were second gear wheelies? I've only gotten the front tire up once in second, it was a freak thing, slipped the clutch and it went skyward way faster than anticipated. I've been trying to find the sweet spot of which rpm to initiate the slip and how high to rev it to before full release and thus far its been a wash. First works great but no go in second, must be the added power of the Muzzy.
