After work on a light rainy day I decided to go for a ride. Ended the day at 65 miles.

This culvert was part of a washout repair project that was 10 years in the making, and at over a million bucks was one of the most expensive ever done.

That culvert was 16 ft across, maybe even closer to 18.

And one more random picture

Hmmmm never thought about that, it has a concrete barrier on the downhill side but nothing on the other side. YIKES!

All I could think of in that first picture was "he parked right next to it, probably got off the bike on that side, and still didn't fall off the edge!?!?" I'd be terrified. I'm also clumsy, and yes, I've fallen on my butt getting off a bike. Doesn't happen often, but yeah, especially in those huge clunky off-road boots.

I don't get off my bike on the low side, I learned that if I'm going to tip a bike over it wont be on myself. LOL

As far as riding through it that would be cool except the output side is 60ft from the bottom!!!
