[:@]I am pulling my hair out trying to find a set of .42 or .44kg/mm fork springs to fit my bike..I am currently waiting for replies from race tech and motopro.
I thought that the KLX300 springs were the same size as the same p/n was referenced for both the klx250 and the klx300 in the motovan catalogue, but nowI am not sure.
Race Tech only lists the 2008 KLX250Sand I think that the springs have changed on the new bikes? but not sure, so I used the KLX300 to find a p/n.
Motopro makes suggestions as to the spring strength to use, but does not providea part number as such.
If anyone can confirm whether the springs are different or the same on the 2 bikes (klx250 vs klx300) please speak now..or if someone has a p/n for above mentioned springs, could they please post it and end my misery..thanks.

 

The springs are not the same as the 300. Call Moto-Pro & he will set you up. They are not on his website. He has them custom made for him. I got his last set of .42s at the time but he may have more by now.

Thanks guys, I just received an e-mail from motopro and he gave me a price, soI am on my way. I saw the same p/n listed in the motovan on-line catalogue for the klx300 and the klx250, but obviously it must have been a type-o. GladI didn't place an order for klx300 springs, I was that close.[]

 

Got mine from moto-pro. He is A-1 to deal with.
