folding levers?
I now have both the right and left levers bent. I plan to buy hand guards, still deciding on brand. I HAVE to buy levers now though. Recommendations?

Can i assume the lever perches are still ok? I just cut my stock levers down to TRUE 2-finger length. I looked at some expensive shorty levers that just weren't really short enough for me. ...Took the stockers into the workshop... The band-saw and bench grinder made light work of it! If you're not that concerned about the exact length there are a few to choose from. Check zeta. Also i think you might be able to use levers that are advertised for the 250 ninja. Maybe somebody else can confirm that.

Cut levers here too. Made sure they were short enough I couldn't pinch my pinkie between the guard and the lever so there was no interference in engaging or disengaging the clutch/brake. My levers are set near horizontal as I have always had them on all my bikes, so there is no risk of gouging myself with the cut off end either.

Im using a cheap set of adjustable levers that were supposed to be for the ninja 250

Thanks of all the replies. I've now thought with proper hand guards, I won't need folding levers, just shorty style.
Hoot, what type of hand guards are those? |
It's all Zeta:

I bought some folding ones off ebay for about $17 for my KLX150. They worked great.
I asked local shop if he had some, he said nope, not for the 250, but when he looked closer he said they were the same, so I'll be getting some more :) |
Thanks, I guess I'll be pricing Zeta products online today. :)

$112 shipped to my door. I still need new levers…
