fmf powerbomb header and Q4 exhaust

I am considering buying a fmf powerbomb header and fmf Q4 exhaust for my 2009 klx 250s this year and a 330 cc big bore kit next year. Does anyone know if the fmf header and exhaust for the 250 would still fit when I install the 330cc big bore kit?
