FCR 35 carb for sale

FCR 35 carb modified to fit the KLX 250S by Jerry at Four Stroke Works. Carb has about 400 miles on it. Includes some different main jets, pilot jets and a different needle. I ride 99% street and the stock carb requires less jetting changes etc. for temp and altitude.$350.00 plus shipping.

Does it have the choke? Or am I looking at the wrong carb on his site?

In answer to the two previous posts, no it does not have a choke. Depending on the temperature, about 3 twists of the throttle which activates the accelerator pump and it fires right up. It cost $600.00 brand new.

As cold natured as my KLX is, I'm not sure it would run without a true choke.

It'll run fine. Better than with the CV + choke.

Wow, I'm a little surprised no one has snagged this up yet. IMO the FCR is the carb for the KLX and this is a great buy already set up by Jerry at FSW.It does take considerably more time to get the jetting dialed inbut once you do it totally transforms the bike and is much more fun to ride off road. As stated no choke is required. About three or four wacks of the throttle when cold and it fires right up. I have been in the teens temperature wise and have had no problems. Just don't touch the throttle after it's warmed up. You can get them with a choke for about $75.00 more but it's just not required.
