Default Efi hot start issues

Hey guys,
After riding for at least 10min if I shut the bike off and go to start it without touching the throttle this is what happens (watch video). I actually have the idle turned up slightly (I can see the factory marking) to about 1500rpm when operating temperature. There is 0 issues with the bike other than this. It only happens for about 5 seconds during a hot start, then the idle will go back to normal!

2018 klx250 with 700 miles on it (bought it used)

Mods:
Yoshimura slip on
Lid removed (issue happened with lid on too)
Emissions delete (happened prior to this too)
Ejk (happened prior to ejk also)

What could this possibly be? My only thought is the compression release maybe?

Ok so it wont let me post the video. Basically the bike starts and then dies nearly instantly. Sometimes it will hang on at like 750rpm and then after the 5 seconds go right to the good 1500rpm idle.

Thanks!

I honestly have no idea how you did that. I tried and my phone automatically saves a mp4 which is not accepted.

I lowered the first light on the ejk to 0.5 and it helped.

I will give it a shot. I am guessing your referring to the green changeover point and not the actual green value.

The green light, not the green and blue one.
Works for me.

I had similar issues with mine when I first bought it. Still less than 200 miles, but playing with the idle screw (air mixture or whatever it is called) fixed mine for the most part. The cam mod and smog delete helped my bike run better, too. Cam mod gives you a better exhaust note, too! Video sounds like really low idle to me. If you still have your decompressor, it is supposed to activate under 500RPM. I’d suggest keeping the idle above 750 - 800. I need to get a video of how mine is now. Fires up and runs great.

Default bikes Fi light comes on when I kill it

Hey guys i’m not sure how make my own post so i’m just replying to this one but.. I’m having a problem when I start my bike and ride it for however long then kill it with the switch the red Fi light comes on and when i go to start it back up it just seems to crank. Then I turn the key off and on the bike fires right up but has a low idle. It is a 2019 klx250. it has an ejk and fmf q4 on it. Could it be a problem with the EJK??
SOS!! any help would be greatly appreciate
