The sizes he was quoting are from the specs for the 2007.
FYI for you guys...

The stock rear tires on the KLX are4.6", thus they are 117mm.

Someone on this site inanother thread told me the stock size is 100/100-18 so I got the Trakmaster in that size. It turned out to be incorrect information. It is definitely smaller than the stock 4.6. As a matter of fact, even with full tread, the bike sits quite a bit lower than the bald 603 did. I kinda like it because I'm kinda short and I can practically flat foot it on both sides simultaneously now.

However, if you are tall or like the current height of the bike, you will be disappointed.

Thanks deej you answered my question, I went ahead and ordered the 120's.
Since the stock rears are 117s, either the 120s or the 110s will be a great fit, depending on which way you want to go.

I ordered the rear Dunlop 606 120's from North Valley Kawasaki/Honda off of Cave Creek Road and Greenway. I love those guys 'cause you can wheel-and-deal with 'em. The cheapest I could find it on the internet was for $63 plus shipping ($15) at MotoXOutlet. Seemed like a hassle to drive with a tire around my shoulder to get it mounted at the dealer. North Valley charged me a little over $70 plus, like I said, $18 to mount. I drove out to Bartlett Lake this morning, it was warm (102 degrees/12% humidity) but with the CamelBak - not bad. I would really hate to lay the bike down on that asphalt though, you'd probably die of third degrees burns in 60 seconds flat! On the bright side, we only have 120 more days of 100+ degree weather!
