Dual sport jacket

I need some feedback on some good quality dual sport jackets, If any one has any of these or has any knowledge of them pleese let me know. Here is what I am looking for A 75% street and 25% off road jacket, good looks, warm, and year round wearability if possible. (I have regular riding gear if I know I am just trail riding). I am partial to FOX but I also have some THOR gear that s very cofortable, never had any MSR gear.

That Thor Phase jacket looks real nice to me - I'd be interested if anyone any experience with that jacket.

I have the 2006 Fox Panther and I'm happy with it...
It's comfortable, which I find to be a rarity... I'm picky about necks, but this one's OK.

It's not ridiculously bulky like that joe rocket type stuff, but then again it only has light duty elbow pads and that's it.
That's all I really want though - I like my jackets to be light.

It's OK at keeping wind out, but not good enough for the real cold weather.
I'm getting rain/wind gear to go over my jacket and pants.

Pesonally I wear the Joe Rocket Alter Ego line, including the jacket and pants. Both have zip out rain/wind liners which fit in the included backpack as well as large zip off areas for when it gets really warm. Thus far this combo has kept me comfortable from 35 degrees to 95 degrees, as well as dry in the rain. I took a 50 mile ride in the rain when it was 65 degrees out and was comfortable the entire time. For the pants and jacket together I think I paid around $430 but as someone else stated it is heavily padded, but if you don't like all the padding the inner hard foam is removeable and there is softer stuff built into the jacket and pants.

Now that's a jacket you can wear on the sled to the ac/dc concert AND wear in the pit!! lol... A little pricey but NICE.
