RE: Dirt Bike TV
Yeah, somebody posted thatlink awhile back. I try to keep-up with the episodes, but I wish they would finish with the mod's they said they would do to the KLX250.
They finished with the test ride saying the suspension felt much better, but they still would prefer more power.Thatwasafter dialing-in the suspension , installing a steering dampner, re-jetting the carb and installing a Muzzy system. They said the next thing they were going to do is see how much the 300cc kit improves the power, but I've seenno movement thatdirection so far...just a bunch of putzing around with a YZ and a pit bike  Maybe they're hoping everyone will forget what theysaid earlier, so they can move-on with subjects and bikesthat their MXer audience wouldbe more interested in. |
RE: Dirt Bike TV
They mentioned TCR on the episode with the wheel change. Here is TCR's website. $250 will get your rims anodized, laced and trued. $500 will get that and the turned down and polished factory hubs.
http://www.wheellacing.com/html/wheel_anodizing.html I've been thinking about it, but I've also been thinking aboutputting my project money intoa late 90s MX bike to just tear up and have no regrets. |

Alright get the hook, he's trying to start somehting.:D quote] I can say that because I paid the price to get in. It does not bother me because it only hits when you open it.When it's open it's fine and closed it's fine. I never open it like that guy. If you notice he was ranting about how with a dirt bike nothing should ever hit. So he start to grab the foot peg and stops before he ruins the take. :) |
