I think they all go back to the original which senses where the viewer is and blocks those outside the US. I know there is software available that can spoof a US IP but it's not important enough to install as one never knows what else comes along with something like that.

 

TV Guide link worked for me & I'm outside the US.

 

I'll try again. Maybe you're so far away that they don't care whereas I'm "right next door". I think there is a good reason a friend of mine calls computers confusers.

 

You could try going to comedy central for the Colbert Report show clips or episodes.
