In case anyone wants more information, here's Google's translation ofRiding Spot'sTouring Series product page:

* Touring carrier series

 It is the riding spot make touring carrier which overtakes function from measure model to rare model. From on load line which corresponds to on load car and the off load line which corresponds to the off load car the exactly carrier go ahead with in your love car.

- It is the nylon coating finish of the angular pipe which is proud of preeminent durability.
- As for the seat and the carrier surface without either the difference in level complete flat. Also the big baggage stabilizing, it has become possible to stack.
- Complete volt/bolt on design. Burden is not applied on the frame.
- Because as much as possible is low, sets horizontally, to have the position of the support arm, also the hook was applied easily, guaranteed the practicality which is not in the former support arm. In addition, in order not to impair simple design, the projection to cross direction is held down.
- As for load applying hook 6 places. Also the reflector of sticking type belongs.

I assumed it would have been translated into English, but at least its close. :D

Here one offered by Rally. It's aluminum though. Look that the Riding Spot brand might hold-up better.
