Psh, I'm just barely 21. I turned 21 a few months after buying the bike, and even MY young, dumb, reckless self will NOT throw a leg over the bike after drinking. IDC what excuses you make, or if "everybody's doing it" or whatever... alcohol + motor vehicles = epic FAIL. I have slept in my car before because I was stupid and got too drunk to make it home. I've slept on the floor... in the yard... catch the point I"m making, mate?

Most rev limiters work by killing the ignition upon hitting that RPM, so yes, on a single cylinder motor, you will lose several RPMs by having the ignition cut out just for a moment. Like in NASCAR, when they hit the rev limiter the motor just skips because there are 8 cylinders and a helluva lot more momentum in the motor.

there is absolutely no way ANYONE can justify drinking and driving !!!! There are childeren as well as other innocent people on the road as well!! And the comment about being a better more carefull driver while under the influance is complete BS. If you did not want to h ar how stupid you were to drive your dirtbike drunk you should have left that part out.
