Has anyone else here experienced problems getting new shrouds with creased decals? I've ordered three of them with two having messed up decals. I had a terrible experience the first time with babbits. I never received a confirmation email, order number or packing slip, and they said it would probably be a 25 day turnaround on the defective part, and I'd have to pay shipping. I told them I'd just return it and get one somewhere else. They charged me a 30% restocking fee for a defective part! I then bought one from cheapcycleparts.com and it also came with a creased decal and I will have to pay to ship this one back too. Is it just me or should I be a little ticked about this? I read the return policies so I might be screwed, but this drives me crazy.

 

its a defective product, yea id be po too... even if i just take the decals off lol.

Seems like you could just go off on them, I mean how can they not allow the return; honestly?

 

File a claim with your credit card company.

 

That would be the last time they got my business...
