Default Couple questions for the experts

Fairly new here but not a newby. First question, does an aftermarket head light help any, like a replacment bulb for my 09? The stocker isn't too bad I need to lower mine it's a tad better on dim than bright as I have a low blind spot but there is room for improvmet here. Second question and I've seen it ask before but I'm about to spend money so i'll ask again. I'm thinking FMF powerbomb or megabomb, one is stamped and the other looks hand made, what are the differences, like power delivery, and noticable changes I might expect? The price difference is not all that great but if they were comparable I'd go with the cheaper one.

For a low buck option for the headlight you can put in a silver streak replacement bulb. It makes a pretty good difference

I had to aim my headlight down almost as much as it can go to see well at night.
It's a start. Also, if you put the hi/low switch right in the middle, it will light both of them and really illuminates. I guess it could burn things out a little quicker, but I've had no probs. I usually only do it for 20-30 mins at a time when I really need the light riding trails in the dark.

The highlow switch in the middle is a great trick I haven't got to try it but if it works on mine I can see me doing it quite a bit as I ride alot of backroads with nowbody around but me and the wildlife. I haven't had a close call on this bike yet but I've ridden through herds of deer at night and just missed some big dogs. I live in southern Indiana and this is weird but we have a mountain lion problem right where I live, I haven't crossed paths with one yet but it's only a matter of time as the places I ride are in the middle of nowhere. Just south of me there have been 4 or 5 spotted just in the last week. Now if anybody can give me any advise about the head pipe that would be great, Thanks for the help.
