Bikes performed flawlessly, only time I touched tools was to put a 115mj in the KLX (it totally ran out of power at 12,300' with the 120mj in it). On a couple occasions I rode it thru difficult sections for Dad, it's amazing how much you feel the 50lb difference vs. the Husky. It was the perfect bike for him. The Tubliss setups worked perfect, I ran 14psi offroad w/o fear of pinch flats, very glad I did them.

Thanks guys.

Forgot to mention the most important upgrade we made to the bike...the 3 gal IMS tank. Man it was nice not to worry about gas at 80-100 miles! I love how it looks stock. If needed, the Rotopax on top box and two 30oz MSRs gave him almost 4.5 gal of fuel.

You guys know I like TCI products and their skid plate is rock-solid. Dad didn't understand finesse in the rocky stuff and I'm certain the plate saved the bike serious damage a few times...

Awesome pictures. Canyonlands is the destination for my current "dream ride."

Bob, on your Silverton campground, I stayed one or two sites down toward that large cabin from your site in that pic during the RMAR off road rally back in August. Nice folks run that place. Your pics were great, and those are all great locations.

I agree, nice campground and people. I was a little worried about traffic noise close to the road but at night traffic was non existent. Was also convenient to the grocery store across the street. We only ate out one time in two weeks...

BTW, thanks for your advise on the Tubliss.

LOL!...that's one of the things I love about Silverton...the streets roll up at 9:00PM...or earlier.:D

Glad you've had good results with the Tubliss. I'm over 3 years on mine right now.
