Thats fine if all you do is off road, or mostly off road, and/or city riding. Any open road cruising and its far too low. 13-42 or 14-45 is a perfect in between gearing.

You oughta see the hillclimbs we have here. There are old strip mine high walls. They are about that height but usually no less than 60 degree inclines anywhere up to even 80 degrees in some parts depending on which hill. And they are loaded with rocks and ruts or tree roots. That thing looks like a superhighway!

For the win...lol.....what win?

So a 13:45 is a 14:48....I ran a 14:49 for a while....until I bumped up the cc's to 340 so I know where you are coming from. If you run that low of a gear ratio highway scooting at 70+ will make your Muzzy header glow....lol.

when you go to a 340, do your water jackets get bored out larger? I hear the steel sleeve takes up some of what little space there is.

And for gearing. 3 on the back is approximate to 1 in the front.
