Well I'm on my way to getting the DynoJet kit in. The carb came out easily.
I took out the slide and dropped it into hot water (as I read) but when it came time to put it back in it had expanded. I can't get this damn thing back in the groove to save my life!!! I stuck it in the freezer for about 15 min then retried and that didn't work. So I just stuck it back in there and I'll leave it longer. This really sucks...I have to ride this bike all next week! Any help/info would be great. Thanks everybody
P.S. How does the 128 main sound with no snorkle/Kdx snorkle, drilled out pipe, and a twin air. I'm setting all the other stuff to stage 2 per DynoJet. I'm at 250-500 ft above sea level, and I ride in the cold a lot.

 

I'm at sea level with a 128. Just use the dynojet instructions and you'll be fine.

 

well i got it all together and running. I still haven't drilled the exhaust out yet. It is running rich right now, but I'm pretty sure my freshly oiled air filter and restricted exhaust are not helping things. Maybe I need to screw in the fuel screw more....
Wow did it wake this thing up tho! I'm very happy and mine isn't even done yet.

 

It's the exhaust more than anything else.
