351 New install
After the installation of all Bill Blue Big bore kit, pumper carb, two brothers exhaust on my 2007 klx 250, I have noticed that my bike now produces a gurgling sound when I turn it off. This is the coolant bubbling in hose for some reason. Bike never made this sound before install. Seeing as how coolant had to be drained and replaced, could this just be possible air pocket in system and maybe just needs burped or something? In all my research before install I had never seen anything about needing larger thermostat or anything referring to coolant problems. Have only ridden twice, less than five miles. It does not sound like anything boiling, I can squeeze hose and feel movement of fluid. Anyone have any ideas on what might be going on before I end up loading bike back up and taking to shop that installed for me? Maybe I am just being a little to apprehensive seeing as how I just stuck over $1500 in an eleven year old bike?? Any input or reassurance would be greatly appreciated....
This would be normal for someone not attentive when refilling the radiator system from empty. It's a little tricky due to 2 radiators and a overflow tank.
Either learn how to do it yourself (my recommendation) or take it to the shop.
Nothing is technically wrong, just not finished.

mine did that after rebuild.
after running it a while, the reservoir level went down (the air gaps drew more fluid in), then i topped off the reservoir and no further issue.
you can also 'massage' the hoses to work out the air pockets.
