New to me. Just check valves. All in spec except one exhaust. The one next to compression compensate. Its a little tight . .15mm didn't fit. .13mm fit easy so i'm calling it .14mm

I read somewhere about the cam next to the compression compensate. Is there anything different about this one lob?

Nothing I've ever read about the KLX has indicated anything different in the grind profile. I'd say just normal wear, they close up the clearance as they seat in.
