2009 Rear fender mod.. need a red solution
 

I know that a bunch of folks have replaced the stock rear fender on an '09 plus with KX250F parts... but my '09 is red and I only see black, green and white. White would probably be OK, but I think red would look better.

I think I read a post on a thread about using a CRF red rear fender, but there weren't any details.

Anyone had success grafting a red rear fender onto an '09 plus to replace the 2 piece stock design? (If so, which part did you use?)

Have fender, not installed yet. Got an older CR250/125 fender actually for my 650, but may try to fit to 250 for now.

Sweet.. get'er done this weekend and let me know how it goes..... LOL

i dont think it should be any different than the green ones, as long as you take you time and the lines some what match

Yes.. should be true, I was just looking for a good quality red fender that is a decent enough close match, and was hoping someone had done one already :D We've had a lot of rain lately and need a rainy-day project...

Well, most Honda red fenders will be a close match. As for me doing mine - it's 73 in the house, 25 in the garage... no way!

Oddly enough that's what Ohio looked like the last couple weeks, but now winter is catching up...
