New Belgian KLR 250
 

Hi everyone,
I'm writing to you from Belgium.
I've owned a '91 KLR 250 for three years, which now has 21,000 km (13,200 mi) on the clock. This is my second KLR (after a '94).
I've owned 30 machines (including many Kawasakis !) in my 50 years of riding.
I mostly ride on typical back roads, which allow me to visit villages and less-frequented tourist sites.
Eighteen months ago, I took a lovely 3,000 km (1,850 mi) ride in one week across France to the Alps, where I covered 10 classified passes over 1,800 m (5,900 ft). It was a very pleasant ride with little power.
Then I broke my foot, which required a bit of rehabilitation. Well, I'm back.
