Already replaced the starter relay, and the rapid clicking noise that seems to be coming from the starter relay is still there. I've also tried to jump start it with a car, but that didn't work either. Checked the entire harness, no shorts, blown fuses or anything out of the ordinary.

My battery is charging to 13.2, and it's only 6 months old. Should I replace the starter motor and/or starter clutch? It's fuel injected, but since it won't even turn over, I'm concerned that I may have a piston frozen or something else internal that's gonna cost me some serious cash.
