Each time I attempt to look at the Technical Information/ General Tech forum I get database error message. What am I doing wrong?

Speaking of which, just a head's up for Twitter users. This morning, I was on Twitter (at work) and got a NASTY virus/worm/trojan. I wasn't surfing or going outside of my usual trusty sites at all! BAM! This thing wiped out the ENTIRE O/S in about an hour....nothing on the black monitor screen except "cannot locate o/s." Total lockup.
