I own two Kawasaki AR80s, both been sitting for years. One with 600 miles and other with 1500 miles. One has a broken clutch basket and I cant find a replacement. It is part #13095-5001. If you have one, I would love to buy it. Otherwise, does anyone know if I can use a basket from another model that would be compatible??

Also, I am looking for suggestions on increasing performance. I see you can get a 93'' Big Bore kit, but not sure if that would cause any long term damage. I want to keep these bikes very nice.

I know zilch on the AR's. Not a common ride in my local (even though I have the fsm on them for night time reading! lol)

Any know if other model clutch baskets will fit. Like from a KDX80 or KX80????

 

I have my kdx80 basket out at the moment. I can take some measurements if that would help? I am sure that you have checked the fiches of the two?

 

I wish I knew. I have been curious if a KDX or KX80 clutch basket would work. In the pictures I see on the Internet they look very similar... I know the part number is slightly different. The AR80 is 13095-5001. The KDX80 is 13095-1044. Maybe if the KDX80 basket fits, I could just put in an entire KDX80 clutch assembly. Or maybe just the basket itself would work.

Any info you could share would be great! If anyone else out there has any knowlege if a KDX80 clutch basket would work in an AR80 that would also be great!
