2006 Kawasaki STX 15F trouble
 

I just got a Kawasaki 15f with 58hr and the guy I bought from he did tell me that it starts but once you put it in the water it turns off after few tries it runs fine, I just started dry andit starts and after turning on the water hose I would let off the gas it would occasionally shut off when going back down to idle speed. It does start it again by giving it gas. It idles fine sometimes but has become more of a pain to keep it on idle lately it seems the idle goes up and down and sometimes wants to turn off.

I check the oil and is clean but just change to be sure, The gas tank pumped, and fresh gas.
History of the Jet Ski he mentions it flip once but didn’t have any issues?? Other than the meter was foggy and he replaced it, After that, it was no used for 1 ½ year I did found the temperature sensor on the muffler it appears is rusty, it this makes a difference.


I just wanted to get some expert advice here, unfortunately, everyone is busy this week as Labor Day weekend coming up and of course, I like to have it ready. I just need some help as to what I'm looking for.
