1980 550LTD carb trouble?
 

So I’ve recently done some work on my carburetors because one of them had a bad leak. I replaced several pieces concerning the floats and checked the jets, they seemed to be very clean. When I reassembled the carb and reinstalled it on the bike, all of the sudden the bike runs terribly. It only runs on full choke and it can’t idle anymore. And to make matters worse, one of my cylinders seems to not be firing. I suspect an air leak possibly in one of the boots but I’m not sure. Any tips would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
