Default 2007 Brute Force coolant flowing straight into crankcase

Ok, so I have an 07 Brute Force 750. I noticed it was getting water in the oil, but it was also leaking out around the stator cover. I replaced all of the seals sitting the water pump (mechanical seal, oil seal, and seal in the impeller), replaced the stator gasket and the water pump gasket. It no longer leaks from anywhere. However, I went to put water in it, and the water ran straight into the crankcase and out of the drain plug almost as fast as I could pour it in. This is without running the four wheeler and prior to adding any oil. The spark plugs are dry, which tell me nothing is getting into the combustion chamber. I would think without it running water could flow uphill to the heads anyways. Anyone have any ideas??
