Default 02' 650, 4 wheel drive engagement help

A friend of mine has an 02' Kawasaki Prairie that when the ignition is, off the 4 wheel drive keeps engaging and disengaging. Can anyone tell me what causes this? It wouldnt go into 4 wheel drive before so we checked the fuses under the seat and the onethat is marked EG/BRK was blown so we replaced that and now it does this. Could it be a solenoid somewhere?
Thanks in advance!
Jake

Hi, The fuse that was in it was a 10 amp so thats what we put in. Should there even be power to that fuse with the ignition off? With the key off and you insert the fuse, you can see the sparks that there is power to the fuse.
Thanks!

The Kawasaki dealer says that the actuator on the right side of the engine is bad. The 4 wheel drive actuator isnt the one engaging and disengaging like we thought. The one that is doing this is actually the one on the right side. The dealer wants $260 for a new one!!!! That seems high. Anyone know where to get one cheaper??
Thanks Again!
Jake
